A perfectly flat piece of icy sea foam blue green sea glass lent itself perfectly to a simple wire wrap with half round wire. A sea spiral accents one side which I like to call the front, while a tiny spiral at the base of the bail accents the other side. This pendant can be worn with either side to the front as you can see. The first row of photos below are one side and the two photos at the bottom are the other. The last photos shows a comparison of colors between 3 pieces of sea glass. This glass measures 2 inches across the top and 1 3/8 inches from top to the point of the triangle. It is 3/16 of an inch thick. A sterling silver curb link chain supports this pendant. This piece is a color that is becoming rarer as the years go by. Indicative of an era long past...before 1950, this is a great collectors piece. Harvested by a friend and her dog, Willow, on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Nova Scotia, this one is a keeper.
$65.00 U.S. Sold
Please note: I only deal in authentic sea glass from the seas of the world. There are ways to determine if it is real or man made in a tumbler. As we continue our use of plastic, we no longer throw glass into the seas and it will only be a few more years until real sea glass is rare find. Already it commands a higher price each passing year as less and less washes up on the shores. This is treasure.
